Confirming the news with some additional details, BLACKPINK”s agency YG Entertainment revealed, “Rosé completed all filming for her solo album title track’s music video in mid-January. As the production budget for the video was unprecedented, the music video is a large-scale production, and we are currently doing our utmost in the final stages to ensure a high-quality release,” via Soompi. As for when Rosé solo debut album will be dropping, YG teased that an official announcement regarding the album’s release schedule will be made shortly.

When it comes to performing at The Show, YG confessed that it was Rosé who personally requested for a chance to perform her solo debut track for BLINKS ahead of her album’s release. After much deliberation, the agency accepted the 23-year-old singer’s request.
