Christopher Plummer passes away: Kareena Kapoor Khan pays a tribute to the legendary actor

The entertainment industry witnessed a massive jolt lately after renowned actor Christopher Plumer breathed his last on February 5, 2021. The Oscar winning actor died at the age of 91 at his residence in Connecticut, reportedly, having his 53-year old wife Elaine Taylor by his side. For the uninitiated, Christopher featured in multiple popular movies that include The Return of Pink Panther, A Beautiful Mind, Murder by Decree, Knives Out, and many others. The unfortunate news of the veteran actress’ demise undoubtedly sent down a wave of shock and grief amongst the fans across the world.

While several celebs took to social media to pay a tribute to the legendary actor, Kareena Kapoor Khan also joined the league. The Jab We Met actress, who has been an avid social media user, took to her Instagram story and paid her condolences to Christopher Plummer. The Patuadi begum shared a monochrome pic of the veteran actor dressed in a suit. Mourning the demise of the 91 year old star, Kareena shared heart emoticons on the All the Money in the World actor’s pic.

Meanwhile, Kareena, who is expecting her second her child soon, has wrapped the shooting of Laal Singh Chaddha wherein she will be sharing the screen space with Aamir Khan. This will mark her third collaboration with Aamir after 3 Idiots and Talaash. On the other hand, she has also been roped in for Karan Johar’s multi-starrer period drama Takht along with Ranveer Singh, Vicky Kaushal, Alia Bhatt, Anil Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor and Bhumi Pednekar.
