Dorit Kemsley Defends Erika Jayne Against Claims She Returned to Pasadena Home, Feels RHOBH Costar’s Being Bullied and Insists She’s “Innocent Until Proven Guilty” Plus Tom Girardi’s Attorney Status

Dorit Kemsley took a stand for Erika Jayne on Twitter over the weekend.

After seeing that her Real Housewives of Beverly Hills castmate had been accused of potentially returning to the $16 million Pasadena mansion she previously shared with estranged husband Thomas Girardi, Dorit said Erika is “innocent until proven guilty” as Thomas’ status as an attorney was confirmed.

“One of our best followers sent me this Instagram photo. Does anyone know where this photo was taken? It was posted on 2/5/21 and looks like the Girardi Pasadena home? Did [Erika Jayne] make a mistake here?” attorney Ronald Richards asked on February 7 after seeing a photo of Erika standing on a balcony at an undisclosed location.

“I can 100% confirm this was NOT at the Pasadena home,” Dorit replied. “Please, give her a break already! Innocent until proven guilty. This has moved beyond reporting to full on bullying.”

After seeing what her RHOBH co-star had written in response to the rumor regarding her possible return to her former home in Pasadena, which was reportedly robbed in January, Erika offered a “thank you” to Dorit on her own Twitter page, along with a red heart emoji.

In addition to questioning Erika’s whereabouts in her recently shared Instagram photo, Ronald also shared an update on Thomas’ status as an attorney, confirming that despite being placed under a conservatorship earlier this month, he is still listed as “active.”

“Many of you ask, how did the system let this happen. Well, for starters, Thomas Girardi, even today, as we post, may still be taking money from clients and is still legally allowed to get retainers. How, this is why? He is still licensed with an active license,” Ronald revealed on February 6.

“Even with a conservatorship approved and order, the licensing scheme does not seem to matter,” Ronald continued, noting that Thomas’ conservator, brother Robert Girardi, told him not to “resign or put himself on inactive status.”

“This is hard to imagine,” he added.
