Erika Jayne and her estranged husband, Thomas Girardi, could be on the verge of losing their homes.

In a document shared along with Ronald’s tweet, it was revealed that Erika and Thomas owe two separate payments, one in the amount of $16,716.62 and another for $15,196.92.
In a second tweet, Ronald revealed that the two appointees in charge of Erika and Thomas’ assets, as well as those of Thomas’ law firm, Girardi Keese, have retained legal representation in hopes of finding the millions of dollars Erika and Thomas owe to a number of different creditors.

In a third post, Ronald revealed that despite the involuntary bankruptcy recently brought against her estranged husband, Erika is not yet bankrupt. That said, Stillwell Madison, who sued her and Thomas in 2019 for failing to pay back $3.5 million of a $5 million loan, is still hoping to get a judgment against her.
