We have completed 65 projects in Nashik, Nashik Road and Deolali locations. We have delivered more than 6000 units in these past 25 years and we have more than 4500 Happy Families who have realized their dream of owning a home through us. We aim to provide homes to everyone in every nook and corner of Nashik by creating innovative ways and means for better performance of men and machinery. We also aim to create projects based on the latest trends with respect to the targeted segment. Ensuring timely delivery of projects is high on our priority list and we aim to achieve scalability in order to provide more Dream Homes.
Can you elaborate on how your company has been able to achieve the realty needs of Nashik?
Owing to its entry in the government’s Smart cities campaign, Nashik has now emerged to be the fourth fastest-growing city in India. Due to diverse reasons, most of the investors are looking out for more profitable alternatives to gain better returns in future. The demand for Real Estate is coming from all areas and therefore we at Karda Constructions feel that it is important to understand and deliver the needs of all segments of the society. Our projects are a good mix of affordable housing i.e the Capsule Home segment, mid-segment homes i.e Classic Homes and high-end homes i.e. Crystal Homes. We are a prominent player in all these segments catering to the needs of the demand funnel.
What are the visions of your company and how do you plan to take it forward?
The vision of Karda Constructions Ltd is to serve all the segments in the market, to meet the market gap in Nashik and increase our market share while keeping in mind that the customer needs are of utmost importance, their satisfaction is ultimate. We have 23 running projects which we aim to finish in the coming year. We have delivered 31.85 Lakhs sq ft of quality construction. Our valuable customers have shown utmost trust in us and we aim to maintain that trust at all costs.
What have been the achievements of your company that you feel pride in showcasing?
We have trusted employees who have been with us for the past 25 years. We have numerous customers who have repeated their home needs by upgrading or purchasing additional homes.

People have realized the value of owning a home and work from home culture has created a demand for office spaces near homes. All this has resulted in a search for homes with office spaces.
