Mani Ratnam’s Ponniyin Selvan: Brindha’s post on music & visuals promises something fantastic is in the making

It is well known that choreographer Brindha Master is on board the upcoming magnum opus Ponniyin Selvan. Now, she has shared behind the screen photos with Mani Ratnam and her dancers, while spilling the beans about the film’s music and visuals. With her post, it looks like something fantastic is on the cards to the fans. After she shared the update, it made the fans of Ponniyin Selvan go gaga on social media and the expectation on the film has now increased by so many times.

Sharing the photo, she wrote, “Ponniyin Selvan: Happy to be working with my guru Mani sir. He is a true genius. Fantastic visuals by talented Ravi Varman. Scintillating music by Rahman sir, a pleasure to choreograph for his songs. My assistants Leela, Prasanna, Raghu, are my backbone. Finally, my dancers are my strength.”

Directed by Mani Ratnam, Ponniyin Selvan is based on the Tamil novel of the same name written by Kalki. The film has Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Trisha Krishnan, Chiyaan Vikram, Jayam Ravi and Karthi in the lead roles. Other young actors including Aishwarya Lekshmi, Ashwin Kakumanu will also be seen playing crucial roles. Veteran actors including Jayaram, Lal, Mohan Raman, Riyaz Khan, Vijayakumar will be seen playing some key roles. Recently, it was reported that ‘Nizhalgal’ Ravi will also be seen in the film in a prominent role. It is expected that the makers will announce an official update about the film soon.
