On Thursday, 20th January Microsoft announced the launch of the new Surface Pro 8 laptop-to-tablet PC in India. The Microsoft Surface Pro 8 will be available in India from February 15. Customers can buy the Surface Pro 8 online via Amazon and on Reliance Digital. Customers will also be able to buy the new device from authorized retail partners. And the pre-orders for the Surface Pro 8 will start from today (January 20).
The Surface Pro 8 is a successor to Microsoft’s older Surface Pro 7 and delivers twice the performance, stated by the company. Microsoft Surface Pro 8 is launched at a starting price of Rs.1,04,499 in India.
Specifications
The Surface Pro 8 is powered by the 11th Gen Intel Core processors and is built on the Intel Evo platform. The device features two Thunderbolt 4 ports and comes with up to 32GB of RAM and 1TB of SSD. It comes with a display of 13 inches, at a refresh rate of 120Hz, and a Kickstand that adjusts nearly 180 degrees.
The device has a 5MP 1080p front camera and a 10MP 4K rear-facing camera. Surface Pro 8 offers a long battery life of 16 hours and comes with support for Surface Pro Signature Keyboard and Surface Slim Pen 2. The Surface Pro 8 weighs 891g (1.96 lbs) and gives a 1-year limited hardware warranty.
