Thomas Girardi has been forced into Chapter 7 liquidation as the attorney’s estranged wife, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member Erika Jayne, has been dragged into another lawsuit against him.
As bankruptcy proceedings against Thomas continue, he is being ordered to turn over his full assets by a bankruptcy court.

As RHOBH fans may have heard, Thomas’ brother, Robert Girardi, attempted to get Thomas more time to respond to the bankruptcy proceedings earlier this week when he requested he be named as his guardian and suggested Thomas is mentally “incompetent” and unable to deal with the legal drama himself.
According to Ronald, the latest development against Thomas means that the two court-appointed trustees are now fully able to place all of Thomas’ assets into the bankruptcy estate, and that he and Erika will have to give full disclosures about everything they own.
Ronald also revealed that a bankruptcy judge wasn’t buying Robert’s suggestion regarding his brother’s supposed mental struggles, especially after a recent video of Thomas was provided.
News of the liquidation proceedings comes just over a week after Ronald revealed that Erika had been named in case against Thomas.
“Judy Selberg, whose husband died in a boating accident in Lake Havasu, is defending an attempt by Girardi to move her case into arbitration,” Ronald tweeted. “Girardi has only paid $50,000 of her portion of a $500k settlement. She added [Erika Jayne to] the lawsuit as well as someone named Jayne Girardi which I believe is also Erika.”
Ronald went on to reveal that an attorney named Alexa Galloway had also been named in the lawsuit and said John Girardi, another brother of Thomas, signed a substitution for Thomas so that Alexa would be able to get her own legal representation.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast is currently in production on season 11, which is expected to begin airing on Bravo sometime this spring.
