Sargam Ki Sadhe Satii: Sargam aka Anjali Tatrari cooks Poha on sets: I enjoy cooking unlike my character

An all-new sitcom titled Sargam Ki Sadhe Satii is all set to go on air on Sony Entertainment Television soon. Produced under the banner Optimystix Entertainment, the show is definitely going to tickle the funny bones of viewers. It is going to be filled with fun banter of a family with seven and a half men who are handled by one woman in the house named, Sargam. Played by Anjali Tatrari, Sargam’s life always revolves around the number ‘seven and a half’ as she has a special connection with sadhe satii. 

And in the Awasthi family, each man holds up a unique personality, that always creates some witty situation. On the show, Sargam is an awful cook. She often tries to cook dishes for everyone but fails terribly. Whenever she steps into the kitchen everything goes wrong. However, she goes an extra mile and takes cooking classes but nothing goes right. Even the family members make some excuses to avoid eating at home whenever she cooks for them. 

But in real life, actress Anjali is an amazing cook. Recently, the star cooked Poha for everyone on the sets while shooting for the breakfast scene. Poha is the staple breakfast of Awasthi house. 

Talking about her love for cooking, Anjali said cooking is therapeutic for her. She revealed that she enjoys cooking and loves it when her skills are appreciated. She further explained that her character, Sargam, is a terrible cook and thus, it becomes difficult for her to act like an amateur when it comes to cooking.

“The other day while shooting for a morning sequence, I cooked Poha for everyone and the best thing is that everyone loved it,” the actress added. The upcoming show Sargam Ki Sadhesatii will be aired from February 22 on Sony Entertainment Television.
