According to reports published by the world health organization, there are about 1.38 million cases of cancer each year. Recent studies have shown that there is an increase in the number of cases of breast cancer and this is mainly attributed to the pandemic. Apart from this the other reasons for this increase in cases are changes in lifestyle patterns, reproductive preferences, and hormonal imbalance.
