Former Chairman and CEO of Star India and President of Walt Disney Asia Pacific, Uday Shankar has joined hands with James Murdoch, the CEO of Lupa Systems, for a new technology and media venture.
This is the first reunion for the two after working together at Star India, prior to its sale to Disney.

Shankar added, “James and I enjoyed a great partnership at Star and I am enormously excited to be in partnership with him again.
