Indian passport has become stronger now than in 2021. It ranked 83rd position in the Henley passport index during 2021 but now has climbed 7 places to rank 76th in 2022, while Japan and Singapore hold first ranks. Indian passport holders can travel to 60 countries without prior requirement of visa now, Oman and Armenia being the latest additions to the list. There are a total of 33 places in the list which has visa on arrival (VOA) facilities.
