I am genuinely fond of Krushna and don’t mean to hurt him in anyway: Kiku Sharda

MUMBAI: Some of the cast members of The Kapil Sharma Show have time and again been subject to various controversies and one of them happens to be Krushna Abhishek, who apparently does not share a strong relationship with his uncle Govinda which he used to.

In a recent episode of The Kapil Sharma Show, Varun Dhawan, Sara Ali Khan and rest of the Coolie No 1 team graced the show and in the act, Kiku Sharda took a jibe at Krishna which left him red faced.

Apparently, While Kiku and Krushna came dressed as Dharmendra and Sunny Deol’s famous characters from Dharam Veer and Jeet, they riffed on the two actor’s personas. As Krushna chided Kiku for something he said as part of his sketch, he said, “Chee chee aisi baat nahi karte.” To this, Kiku replied, “Chi Chi to aapse baat nahi karte.”

Govinda is fondly known as Chi Chi in Bollywood.

Well, we contacted Kiku to know his side of the story and he explained how it was a part of the act. He said, “I am genuinely fond of Krushna and don’t mean to hurt him in any way.”
