” I am happy with the roles I played and Jogi is a character which I wanted to do desperately. When I heard of this character, I was determined that I will give such an amazing audition that nobody will say no to it. I wanted this role anyhow. From Jalandhar, I shot for a proper audition and finally the role came to me.” Adhvik Mahajan also spoke about his journey in the television industry. He said, “The journey has been good. I have learnt a lot from my journey. I did Bani, Diya Aur Baati, Jamai Raja, Meri Durga, Naagin and many others. Whatever work I got, I did it. After, Naagin, Divya Drishti, I have finally bagged Teri Meri Ikk Jindri. With so many shows, anyone would learn acting and I did learn acting. Overall it was all about learning more.” The Divya Drishti actor also spoke about his character Jogi and whether he likes the way Jogi is. He shared, “Yes, there is nothing wrong in Jogi. My own philosophy is that let a person be happy as he is. Every person is different and so is Jogi. It is our personal perspective how we take the other person but if that person is happy in his life, let him be. That is what matters ultimately and that’s what I also believe in. Adhvik Mahajan aka Jogi spoke about his off-screen bond with Amandeep Sidhu aka Mahi. He said, “Our bonding has been great. It has been very organic, cool and in flow. Kaam karte karte pata hi nahi chala and we became really close friends. I think our intentions were on the right place and our focus was the same and hence that made us click with each other. Hence, this bond made it easier to shoot as well. It was important to happen as well especially from Amandeep’s point of view considering it is her first show as a lead. I was very conscious from the first day that she does not feel that she is shooting with a senior actor. She did confess as well that earlier she was nervous as she was supposed to perform with me. I told her I never felt she was nervous as she was chilled out. So that’ how we started off.” Adhvik Mahajan also revealed his wife, Neha Adhvik Mahajan’s first reaction when he bagged the role of Jogi. He revealed, “Neha knew that I wanted to do Jogi badly.
